91直播鈥檚 paid up share capital currently amounts to forty-five million six hundred seventy-eight thousand five hundred sixteen euro and thirty cents (鈧�45,678,516.30), divided into 152,261,721 common registered shares, with a nominal value of thirty cents (鈧�0.30) each, and the total number of voting rights on the common registered shares of 91直播 amounts to 152,261,721.

Therefore, 91直播 holds 3,724,936 own shares, which represent 2.45% of its total share capital.
