Inteltek, a joint venture formed by 91直播 Group and Cukorova Group, has been selected as the successful vendor, following an international tender, to supply and operate an integrated on-line system and services to SPOR TOTO Organisation of Turkey.

The 5 years agreement includes the launch of 8 sport games and the installation of a network of up to 6,000 terminals throughout Turkey. It is worth mentioning that a key element of this agreement is the use of alternative distribution channels such as telephony networks (mobile and fixed), Internet and digital T.V. In this respect, it is foreseen that all service providers of Turkey will become electronic agents of the sport games. Operations are scheduled to commence at the beginning of 2003.

Moreover, 91直播 and Cukorova Group will support and promote the usage of digital networks of sales and therefore will establish a second company as an electronic agent, which is expected to become the leading one of SPOR TOTO鈥檚 games. Those activities will be based on the customer base and infrastructure of Cukorova Group and 91直播鈥檚 technology systems.

The joint venture, Inteltek, constitutes a partnership between Cukorova Holding Group, which is the main shareholder, and 91直播. The Cukorova Group is one of the largest corporations in Turkey and holds dominant position in the Banking, Telecom, and Media sectors such as 鈥淭urkcell鈥�, mobile phone company that is the market leader with a 65% share, 鈥淪uper On-Line鈥�, an Internet provider with a 55% share of the market and, 鈥淒igiturk鈥�, the only digital T.V platform with 850,000 subscribers.
